On 12 October 2018, the Royal Thai Embassy organized prayer and meditation ceremony to pay homage to His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej. During the ceremony, His Excellency Mr. Nathapol Khantahiran, Ambassador of Thailand, delivered a tribute speech in honour of the late King. After that, a special prayer was prayed and followed by nine minutes meditation as a homage to His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej. Over 80 Thai nationals and Friends of Thailand in Qatar attended the ceremony.
