On 28 September 2022, H.E. Nathapol Khantahiran, Ambassador of Thailand to the State of Qatar, hosted a dinner for Thai students in Qatar at the Embassy  and took this opportunity to meet with them and welcome new students to Qatar. Currently, there are 29 Thai students in Qatar. Most students are secondary school students who received scholarships from the Ministry of Endowments (Awqaf) and Islamic Affairs of Qatar and Thai students from Qatar University. The Embassy took this opportunity to get to know the students and provide guidance for their studies and future career.
