On 20 July 2023, Mr. Sean Spinks, General Manager of Centara West Bay Hotel & Residence, along with Thai employees of the hotel, paid a courtesy call on H.E. Mr. Sira Swangsilpa, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Thailand to the State of Qatar. In this occasion, Mr. Spinks conveyed the hotel’s readiness to continuously support the Royal Thai Embassy’s activities. H.E. Ambassador congratulated Centara, as a Thai hotel chain, for its successful business in Qatar for over 4 years and expressed his gratitude to the hotel for its role in promoting Thai hospitality, food, and culture in Qatar. Moreover, H.E. Ambassador expressed the Royal Thai Embassy’s readiness to cooperate with the hotel for the activities promoting Thailand’s soft power.
