On 21 March 2026, Mr. Kit Devahastin, Chargé d'Affaires, a.i. of the Royal Thai Embassy, paid a courtesy call on H.E. Hassan Bin Abdullah Al-Ghanem, the Shura Speaker, on the occasion of Eid Al-Fitr 1447 AH, together with Diplomatic Corps in Qatar. During the meeting, the Chargé d'Affaires expressed his appreciation to the Government of the State of Qatar and the relevant authorities for their continued efforts to ensure the safety and well-being of all residents in Qatar, including Thai nationals. He also reaffirmed Thailand’s enduring friendship and support for the State of Qatar during this challenging time.
