On 23 January 2023, Ms. Banarasi Koanantakul, Chargé d'Affaires, a.i. met with the delegation from Phyathai Nawamin Hospital led by Mr. Arawan Sukdee, Arab Marketing Manager, to exchange views on Thailand's position as a medical tourism destination and the publicity of Thai medical tourism in Qatar. Currently, Thailand is one of the top destinations for Qataris for medical tourism. Phyathai Nawamin Hospital welcomes Qatari patients as the third highest number from the Middle East.
