On 16 April 2025, H.E. Mr. Sira Swangsilpa, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Thailand to the State of Qatar, led a delegation to visit the Zulal Wellness Resort by Chiva-Som. The delegation comprised H.E. Mr. Mungkorn Pratoomkaew, Director-General of the Department of Consular Affairs of Thailand, officials from the Department, and officers of the Embassy.
The delegation took the opportunity to meet with the 31 Thai staff working at the resort in various capacities, such as health therapists, wellness service providers, chefs, technicians, and spa personnel. The visit served as a platform to listen to their experiences, address their queries, and gain insights into their daily lives and working conditions.
This visit reflects the Royal Thai Embassy’s continued commitment to consular affairs, aiming to enhance the overall well-being and quality of life of Thai nationals working in Qatar.
