On 14 September 2023, H.E. Mr. Sira Swangsilpa, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Thailand to the State of Qatar, attended a reception commemorating the Liberation Day of the Republic of Rwanda at the Marsa Malaz Kempinski Doha. During the event, H.E. the Ambassador extended his congratulations to H.E. Mr. Igor Marara, Ambassador of the Republic of Rwanda to the State of Qatar, on the significant day of Rwanda. At the reception, H.E. the Ambassador had the opportunity to engage with fellow Ambassadors and member of the diplomatic corps in Doha, where they exchanged views and insights on various issues of mutual interests. The Royal Thai Embassy places great emphasis on participating in such diplomatic receptions to strengthen networking and collaboration in Doha. Over the past three months, H.E. the Ambassador has attended several receptions hosted by various Embassies, including those of China, Peru, Morocco, Vietnam, and Saudi Arabia.
