On 6 August 2023, H.E. Mr. Sira Swangsilpa, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Thailand to the State of Qatar, paid a visit to the Saffron restaurant at the Banyan Tree Doha Hotel. During the visit, he had the opportunity to engage with Ms. Porntip Eumanan, Chef de Cuisine of Saffron, and interact with the dedicated Thai staffs working at the restaurant. Beyond the delectable flavors, H.E. Ambassador seized this moment to delve into the well-being, living conditions, and work experiences of the Thai staffs. The Royal Thai Embassy places significant emphasis on consular affairs, aiming to foster an enriching environment and enhance the overall well-being of Thai workers and the vibrant Thai community nestled within Qatar. Such collective efforts serve to amplify Thailand's presence and representation across a spectrum of professions, thereby generating positive impacts throughout the broader Thai community, both directly and indirectly.
