On 7 December 2023, H.E. Mr. Sira Swangsilpa, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Thailand to the State of Qatar, attended the opening ceremony of the restaurant "Zab Vuer", along with his spouse and Mr. Kittithep Devahastin, Deputy Head of Mission at the Royal Thai Embassy in Doha. The restaurant, owned  and operated by Chef Prasong Chanhom, a Thai Chef, features a menu that includes Thai and Japanese dishes.

During the event, H.E. Ambassador extended his congratulations to the owner and staffs of Zab Vuer, recognizing their dedication to establishing a Thai restaurant in Qatar and commitment to using both Thai and local ingredients while maintaining the authentic taste of Thai cuisine. The Royal Thai Embassy underscores its commitment to supporting the growth of Thai businesses and promoting Thai cuisine in Qatar.
