WHAT PRIVILEGES WILL BE OFFERED TO LTR VISA HOLDERS

APPLICATION PROCESS


Visa Application and Issuance

Application Submission

Register and submit online an application for qualification endorsement for LTR Visa and supporting documents.

Qualifications Endorsement

Within 20 working days after having received complete documents, applicants will be notified of the result.

3. Visa Issuance

Qualified applicants may proceed with applying for LTR Visa issuance at the Royal Thai Embassy in Doha within 60 days from the issuance date of the endorsement letter. The processing fee for the 10-year visa with multiple entry is QR 7,500 (Seven Thousand Five Hundred Qatar Riyals) per person.

 

Duration of Visa Process:E-Visa processing time is up to 10 working days and up to 14 working days if required documents are incomplete.

Visa Fee: 7500 QAR (10 years validity)

 

Required Documents:

  1. Biodata page of Passport or Travel Document (Passport/travel document must have validity of more than 18 months on travel date)
  2. Photograph taken within the last six months
  3. Document indicating current location (Valid Residency Permit Card/QID)
  4. Travel booking confirmation
  5. Letter of qualification endorsement issued from Thailand Board of Investment (BOI) (valid for only 60 days since the date of issue)

 

Important Note:

  1. Visa fee is not refundable.
  2. Embassy staff/employees are not allowed to fill out any visa application form.
  3. The Embassy reserves the right to approve or disapprove visa application without any prejudice.
  4. The granting of visa is only a pre-entry clearance. It is not a permission to enter Thailand. Immigration authorities at the port of entry still reserve the right to refuse the entry into Thailand of any travellers with valid visa issued.
