On 4 May 2019, the Royal Thai Embassy in Doha organized Buddhist prayer ceremony at the Embassy for Thai Community in Qatar to celebrate the auspicious occasion of the Coronation of King Rama X.  On this occasion, H.E. Mr. Nathapol Khantahiran, Ambassador of Thailand to the State of Qatar, presided over the ceremony.  The Ceremony was part of the well-wishing activities organized around the world by all Thailand's diplomatic and consular missions overseas.  A book of well-wishes was arranged for Thai people and friends of Thailand in Qatar to sign and a special exhibition in honour of His Majesty King Rama X which included royal biography and royal activities was also displayed as part of the auspicious ceremony.
