The Royal Thai Embassy in Doha Organized Fourth Repatriation Flight

          On 19 August 2020, the Royal Thai Embassy in Doha facilitated the fourth repatriation flight for 221 passengers at Hamad International Airport, Doha. The repatriation flight QR836 (Doha-Bangkok) operated by Qatar Airways departed Doha at 02.55 hrs. (Qatar local time) and arrived at Suvarnabhumi International Airport at 14.10 hrs. (Thailand local time). The Royal Thai Embassy’s officials together with the airline staff helped facilitate check-in process at the airport, checked the required certificates of entry and fit-to-fly health certificates and distributed face masks and gloves to passengers. All passengers were placed in 14-day state quarantine at government-designated facilities or alternative state quarantine facilities upon arrival in Thailand.

          The Royal Thai Embassy in Doha wishes to express its gratitude to the Department of Consular Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Thailand, the Department of Protocol, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the State of Qatar, the Ministry of Interior of the State of Qatar, the Hamad International Airport and Qatar Airways for providing assistance and cooperation in making this repatriation flight possible.
