On 30 November 2014, the Royal Thai Embassy hosted a National Day Reception on the auspicious occasion of the 87^th Birthday Anniversary of His Majesty the King of Thailand at Grand Hyatt Doha which were attended by members of the diplomatic corps, government, private sector, academia and the Thai community. The Chief Guest was His Exellency Dr. Abdullah Saleh Mubarak Al-Khulaifi, Minister of Labour and Social Affairs of  the State of Qatar.
