On 12 July 2023, H.E. Mr. Sira Swangsilpa, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Thailand to the State of Qatar, had an audience with His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani, Amir of the State of Qatar, at the Amiri Diwan, to present the Letters of Credence as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Thailand to the State of Qatar.

The Amiri Diwan held the diplomatic ceremony by assigning the motorcade to pick up the party from the Ambassador’s Residence to the Amiri Diwan where a military band and guards of honour awaited. Then, H.E. Ambassador Sira Swangsilpa was then given an audience with
His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani.

In this occasion, H.E. Ambassador was accompanied by his spouse and daughter as well as officials of the Royal Thai Embassy namely; Mr. Kittithep Devahastin Na Ayuthai, Deputy Head of Mission/First Secretary, and Mr. Tanpong Wongboongird, Second Secretary.
