On 20 October 2025, H.E. Mr. Sira Swangsilpa, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Thailand to the State of Qatar, delivered a special online lecture on international treaties, soft law and foreign policy, at the invitation of the Faculty of Law, Mae Fah Luang University. H.E. Ambassador discussed the foreign policies of Thailand and Qatar, international law and treaties, and the enforcement of international law and case studies. H.E. Ambassador also engaged in Q&A session and exchanged views with both students and Assistant Professor Dr. Chookiat Noychim, class lecturer.

This lecture marked H.E. Ambassador’s 8th lecture at Mae Fah Luang University, highlighting the commitment of Thai diplomat to enhance public diplomacy through sharing knowledge and hands-on experiences in the field of international affairs.
