On 23 January 2023, Ms. Banarasi Koanantakul, Chargé d'Affaires, a.i., met with Brigadier Eisa Saeed Al-Kuwari, Director of the Gulf Cooperation Council Criminal Information Center to Combat Drugs (GCC-CICD) upon the center's invitation. They discussed prospective areas of cooperation namely exchange of information, cooperation on combating drug trafficking and training for anti-drug personnels and means to further cooperation between GCC and Thailand on this matter.
