On 17 October 2024, H.E. Mr. Sira Swangsilpa, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Thailand to the State of Qatar, met with Mr. Khalid Al-Riyami, Country Manager of Salam Air. During the meeting, both sides exchanged views on people-to-people cooperation between Thailand and Qatar, ways to promote tourism industry in Thailand, and marketing activities for Qatari nationals and residents traveling to Thailand for tourism and medical purposes.
