On 6 June 2025, H.E. Mr. Sira Swangsilpa, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Thailand to the State of Qatar, had an audience with His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani, Amir of the State of Qatar, with Ambassadors accredited to the State of Qatar, at Lusail Palace, on the occasion of Eid-al-Adha 2025.

 

Eid-al-Adha is one of Islam’s most important festivals, which commemorates the Prophetic History of faith and sacrifice for the Almighty. During the Eid, Muslims would enjoy festivities with their family and loved ones. Those with means would also prepare ritualistic sacrifice of cattle, in which the cuts would be distributed to their family members, the poor and those in need.
