On 19 May 2025, H.E. Mr. Sira Swangsilpa, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Thailand to the State of Qatar, attended the Fireside Chat with H.E. Mrs. Retno Marsudi, UN Secretary-General’s Special Envoy on Water and former Minister of Foreign Affairs of Indonesia, at the Qatar Foundation Headquarters.

The event was organized by Earthna Center for a Sustainable Future and Al-Mujadilah Center & Mosque for Women, to provide platform for sharing insights on the management of water resources, water-related disasters, ongoing developments of sustainable development goals (SDG6 - clean water and sanitation for all) and the importance women empowerment in policy-making in developing countries
