On 1 August 2024, the Royal Thai Embassy in Doha organized a ceremony to commemorate the Birthday Anniversary of Her Majesty Queen Sirikit The Queen Mother. The event took place at the Chancery and was presided over by H.E. Mr. Sira Swangsilpa, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Thailand to the State of Qatar, and joined by Embassy's officials and staff. H.E. Ambassador led the gathering in paying homage to Her Majesty The Queen Mother and participated in the candle-lighting ceremony and signed a book of well-wishes for Her Majesty The Queen Mother's birthday.
