Guided by professional Thai chefs, participants will learn to prepare authentic signature dishes while exploring the stories, ingredients, techniques, and traditions that have made Thai cuisine one of the world's most admired.

From the delicate balance of sweet, sour, salty, and spicy flavours to the use of fragrant herbs and wholesome ingredients, each session offers a unique opportunity to discover the philosophy of Thai cooking, its emphasis on wellness and harmony, and the warmth of Thai hospitality.

Whether you are an enthusiastic home cook, a curious foodie, or simply looking to experience something new, Thailand on a Plate welcomes participants of all skill levels.
