On 28 July 2023, H.E. Mr. Sira Swangsilpa, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Thailand to the State of Qatar, Embassy's officials and staff as well as many Thais living in Qatar cheered on the Thai national volleyball team in the Volleyball Challenger Cup 2023 in Doha.

The Royal Thai Embassy in Doha wishes the Thai national volleyball team the best of luck in their future competitions and would like to express gratitude to all support from the Thai community in Qatar for the Thai volleyball team during this tournament.
