On 15 July 2019, H.E. Mr. Nathapol Khantahiran, Ambassador of Thailand to the State of Qatar, attended the official opening of "Benjarong" Thai Restaurant at Dusit Doha Hotel. The Thai Ambassador together with senior dignitaries from Al Majed Group were welcomed  by Mr. Gerhard Stutz, Cluster General Manager of Dusit Doha Hotel and Dusit Hotel & Suites. The opening was attended by a number of local media as well as food and travel bloggers in Qatar. Benjarong Thai Restaurant proudly presents authentic Thai dishes  from famous Thai chefs together with unique Thai hospitality to promote the art of Thai cuisine to the Qataris and expatriates in Qatar. Benjarong Thai Restaurant now opens daily for dinner from 18.30 - 23.30 hrs.
