On August 31, 2023, H.E. Mr. Sira Swangsilpa, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Thailand to the State of Qatar, along with his spouse and Embassy officials, met with the restaurant manager, chef, and Thai employees of Benjarong Thai Restaurant at the Dusit Doha Hotel. During this visit, H.E. Ambassador inquired about the well-being of more than 15 Thai employees working at the hotel. Moreover, he commended the team for their dedication in promoting Thai food and culture through collaboration activities with the Embassy, such as “Thai Gastronomy in Qatar,” which involves partnering with local social media influencers to enhance awareness of Thai culture and cuisine in Qatar.
