On 26 July 2026, the Royal Thai Embassy in Doha organised a series of activities to celebrate the auspicious occasion of His Majesty the King’s Birthday Anniversary on 28 July 2026. Mr. Kit Devahastin, Chargé d'Affaires, a.i. of the Royal Thai Embassy in Doha, presided over a commemoration ceremony, an oath-taking ceremony, a candle-lighting ceremony, and a signing of the book of well-wishes to His Majesty the King. The event was attended by Embassy’s officials, staffs and their family members.

As part of the commemorative activities, the Royal Thai Embassy contributed to the local community by donating water and other beverages to mosques in the Embassy’s vicinity. This donation aimed to support those attending prayers, extending goodwill on this significant occasion.
