On 28 March 2024, H.E. Mr. Sira Swangsilpa, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Thailand to the State of Qatar, met with Mr. Abdulla Mubarak Al Khalifa, CEO of Qatar National Bank (QNB Group), to discuss ways to enhance bilateral cooperation in the finance and banking sector between Thailand and Qatar. During the meeting, both sides agreed on the potential in expanding economic cooperation between both countries. The Royal Thai Embassy reaffirms its commitment to promoting all areas of economic cooperation and attracting investment opportunities based on the national interest of the Kingdom of Thailand.
