On 9 December 2017, the Royal Thai Embassy, as Chairman of the ASEAN Committee in Doha (ACD), organized the ASEAN Night 2017 to mark the year-end of activity of the ACD in 2017 at the Resident of Thailand Ambassador. The main program included (1) speech by the Thai Ambassador as the outgoing chairman (2) chairmanship handover ceremony (3) speech by the Chargé d'affaires of the Malaysian Embassy as the incoming chairman and (4) dinner. The ACD Ambassadors and Chargé d'affaires, their spouses, diplomats with their families and Embassies’ staff with their family participated in the event.
